For Full Office Visit:
First appt: $250 (will last approximately 60-90 minutes). The initial visit affords the opportunity to discuss health concerns in depth, e.g. a full history investigating the health of all systems of the body from birth to present day. Multiple complaints can be addressed as well as mental & emotional imbalances. NOTE: The fee does not include any lab testing, procedures or follow up consults. Also, costs for labs does not include follow up visits to discuss them.

If only want to do brief first office visit:
15 minute consult: $75.00
30 minute consult: $150.00

Follow up: $105 per 30 minutes.
If only want to do a brief follow-up visit:
15 minute consult: $65.00

Procedures:
• B12 shot: $25.00
• B12 cocktail mixed with other remedies e.g. B-complex, B6, homeopathic remedies, charges will vary. Starts at $50.00
• Biopuncture: $75.00 is the starting cost for 1 remedy. For each additional remedy used add $20.00
• I also do other procedures which can be discussed at time of office visit for nutritional therapy as well as for detox, boosting the immune system and to fight colds and flu’s. Charges will vary depending on what is used.

Phone consults—same charge as in office visits.
$105 minutes per 30 minutes

Emails / phone calls
I will answer short phone calls/email questions at no charge, but if the calls/email becomes very frequent, too long or abused in any way, I will charge you. I will try to answer all email and phone calls within 24 hours of receiving them during business hours of Monday—Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

House Calls
I do make house calls and if you want me to make a home visit, I charge based on distance from Encinitas in addition to cost of the office visit. Minimum is $75.00 for travel time.

Insurance:
Insurance at this time does not cover naturopathic services nor do I directly bill insurance for medical services. However, I can provide you with a coded claim (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance company for more detail about coverage for services provided by a “Licensed Naturopathic Physician”.

Cancellation Policy:
Please call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
